This project has been designed in order to advertise the Royal Irish Academy of Music’s interpretation of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s opera “The Magic Flute.” The two portraits of young people are meant to represent the male and female elements within the opera, whereas the use of shattered glass corresponds to human passion and emotion. It could denote either anger and a drive for revenge or the distortion of reality caused by young love.

The posters are complemented by a set of admission tickets as well as a brochure consisting of information vital to the opera goers. A short video clip is aimed at digital advertising of “The Magic Flute” online.
